自分でビルドが必要

これは複合パッケージですが、npm に未公開でパッケージのエントリがビルド成果物（lib/ や dist/）を指しており、リポジトリに prepare スクリプトもありません。git から直接入れても未コンパイルのソースしか取得できず、読み込み時にエントリが見つかりません。まずローカルでビルドし、パスを指定して profile に入れてください：

git clone https://github.com/rouyiemei/dsh-smart-router.git
cd dsh-smart-router
pnpm install && pnpm build
dsh plugin --profile web add .

--profile の後ろは自分で付ける profile 名です。使っているものに置き換えてください。
