dot-skill started life as colleague.skill, aimed at a very concrete pain: a colleague quits, a mentor graduates, a teammate transfers, and their whole playbook and context walks out with them. Feed it source material plus a description, and it distills a Skill that does not merely quote the person but reasons in their frame and answers in their voice. The rename to dot-skill widened the target: family, old friends, idols, public figures, fictional characters, and yourself all qualify. It is a cross-host Skill rather than a DSH plugin, so installation differs — DSH discovers Skills natively from the filesystem, so cloning the repo into ~/.dsh/skills/ is enough to invoke /dot-skill; dsh plugin add is not involved.
