A local token and cost dashboard for AI coding tools: exact input/output/cache token breakdowns, a contribution calendar with 2D heatmap and 3D isometric views, per-session drill-down, and subscription quota windows with reset countdowns. Day-one DeepSeek Harness support, read locally from `~/.dsh` with nothing to configure.

There is no package.json at the repo root, so dsh plugin add fails outright. It may be an index list, documentation, a standalone app, or still in development — check the repo README for how to use it.

Editor's notes

Tokdash answers "how much did I actually burn this month", and does it entirely locally. DSH has been supported since day one — tokens, cost and sessions are read straight from `~/.dsh`, with nothing to configure. Exact token counts break down into input, output and cache. The contribution calendar offers both a 2D heatmap and a 3D isometric view, switchable between tokens, cost and message-count metrics. A session explorer supports per-session drill-down. The Quota tab shows subscription window bars with reset countdowns for Codex, Claude Code and Antigravity — Codex windows work out of the box from local logs, while Codex reset credits, metered features and all Claude/Antigravity quota need opt-in live polling. A statusline integration drops a live token-usage indicator into Claude Code's statusline, or any agent that can hit a local HTTP endpoint. Multi-server views let you add WSL, macOS and other Tokdash servers in Settings and combine usage across any selection while keeping quota grouped by machine. There's also a companion status bar app for the macOS menu bar and Windows notification area (unsigned preview) so you can see today's spend and subscription quota without keeping the dashboard open. On performance, cold usage scans run about 30× faster than pre-0.6.0 and about 15× faster than ccusage in the same local benchmark. The UI ships 10 themes, light/dark mode and PWA install support.

  • Day-one DSH support: tokens, cost and sessions read locally from `~/.dsh` with zero configuration
  • Exact input/output/cache token breakdowns, plus a contribution calendar in 2D heatmap and 3D isometric views across tokens, cost or messages
  • Quota tab with subscription window bars and reset countdowns; statusline integration feeds live usage into Claude Code or any local HTTP consumer
  • Multi-server views combine usage across WSL, macOS and other instances while grouping quota per machine; cold scans about 30× faster than pre-0.6.0
